How The Process Works
1.
Go to our main menu drop down and choose the Cerakote services and products you would like to purchase. Once you have added everything to the cart, review all selected items and pay!
2.
Once you have made your purchase get your items ready to ship out! In the box, please include a copy of your order form. For frames (serial numbered) and complete firearms also include a copy of a valid drivers license, carry permit, or military ID. Securely box up your parts and ship to US!
3.
We will receive your order and it will go into our working queue process. Typically the work will take Two weeks to complete depending on the current work load and complexity of the order. Please give us adequate time!
4.
We know, this is the best part!... Once we are finished, we will send you back your awesome Cerakoted items so you can enjoy them!

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Under our products page you can select a product or service and securely place your order using a credit or debit card. Whether you are purchasing a ready to ship item or sending in your firearm for us to modify, the process is the same. You will be prompted to select the various options or upgrades that apply. If you don’t see an option, or have a special request, you can reach out to us at: [email protected]
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
All firearms (lower receivers, frames, etc) must be shipped via UPS or FEDEX. Check your local and state laws to ensure compliance. USPS flat rate boxes are the best for slides and other non-regulated items. Since we are an FFL, you can direct ship to us, and we can ship directly back to you without the need of going through another FFL. If you would like to use a local gun store or FFL, that’s no problem, just include their name and address in the notes and have them send a copy of their FFL to [email protected].
In the box, please include a copy of your order form. For frames and complete firearms also include a copy of a valid drivers license, carry permit, or military ID. Securely box up your parts and Ship them to:

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
Lead times fluctuate, but we pride ourselves on being very timely in our work. We understand parting with your firearm can be stressful, so we make every effort to turn jobs around as quick as possible. Our current estimated lead times are posted. Please understand that this is an estimate, as many factors can affect specific projects and special request.
IS THE KOTED AGE AN FFL?
THE KOTED AGE is an 07 FFL, which is a license obtained from the ATF that allows us to manufacture, perform services and legally transfer firearms. If you are a dealer, please send us an email for a copy of our FFL.
WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING NOT LISTED ON THE SITE?
We love custom work, and our website would be impossible to navigate if we listed every possible feature we can offer. If you have an idea, or want something not listed, shoot us an email and we can discuss options and pricing on a case by case basis.
TERMS OF USE
You must be 21 years or older to purchase any firearm work performed. 18 and up for any other services we provide.
All local and federal firearms specific laws apply. Know the laws both in your state and the ones set fourth by the BATF.
All new to you serialized items (lower receivers / frames) must be picked up in store or shipped to a verified Federal Firearms Dealer for legal transfer.
Firearms sent in for service must be return shipped to the address on your drivers license or carry permit.
In order to complete your purchase, you must agree to these terms of service.
